Jesus telling us: the challenge that we are saving by grace but not by the law. We are heirs of Jesus Christ. We won't be worry.

We are saved by the gospel
James 2:17
The relationship between gospel and works. The good works is the evidence of your faith. If you have faith then you ate showing works. The fruit of the holy spirit. Then we all bear fruits: joy, perseverance in 1 Corithians 13
Saved to do good works
The root is my faith to Jesus
So, it is finished. Jesus offered himself a sacrifice to save all our sins. There is no more sacrifice to be done. It is finished! This will from yesterday, today and tomorrow.
When our children go astray and comes back. Us, parents we open our arms wide and welcome our kids into our fold. This is the same thing Jesus will do to us.
Thank God for the grace past, present and future. Jesus plus nothing.
