It is also better to vary the type of exercise you do if you want to keep losing weight. Doing a lot of aerobic exercise in particular, allows your body to adapt to the activity and become more efficient at burning calories whilst doing it; this means that you will keep having to increase the amount of time you spend on the same exercise if you want to continue seeing results.

Making my own vegemeat
Wow, it took lots of water in washing this vegemeat. I can't figure it out on how to conserve water. After making the first time, I now know on how to do it by saving water.
WOW! look they are sticking together hahahaha. I did it.
Few washes and water became crystal clear :P :P
Now it is on the pot, cooking with the vegetable broth and I added onion, garlic, basil and soy sauce, I will see how it taste.
I got the recipe from this site Epinion recipe

Dinner at Italian Gardens
It's been awhile Brian and I have a dinner together with no Kids interruption. We were enjoying our dinner by talking anything. The food was very good. We tried to catch the garlic night here but here we go, we got it. The kids are at Ryan and Michelle Taylor's house. They have slept over.
We started with Sting Rose as a starter. oh yeah we ate the entire cloves of garlic. They roasted it and baste it with olive oil and sprinkles with parsley. Yum!
Main Entree: Rib eye steak cook in medium rare, Brian's meal
They did a good job in grilling the broccoli it was perfect.
Salmon grilled with Alfredo sauce and it was really good and the price is good as well. I tried to be a vegetarian but I still eat fish, egg and cheese. I cant drink cows milk because I am lactose intolerant. I go to the bathroom right away.
We finish up a dessert tiramisu. I was craving for tiramisu and dont know why LOL. When we went to O-club, there was none and even in CPO last Feb 14, our valentines dinner.... finally I got it here at Italian Gardens.. The last two slice available in the kitchen LOL.

We are at YEC
Title of the Sermon: Jesus plus nothing
By a medical missionary from Canada Dr. John Hsuen
He spoke about his experience from where he was a born from an Adventist home and went to SDA school molding him to become a missionary.
Galatians 2:16 scripture reading
God did not disowned us because we did something. We can't even disowned our kids because we love them.
John 10: 27-28;
My sheep hear my voice... Eternal life...
Jesus telling us: the challenge that we are saving by grace but not by the law. We are heirs of Jesus Christ. We won't be worry.
Ephesians 2:8-9
Bible talk about good works
We are saved by the gospel
James 2:17
The relationship between gospel and works. The good works is the evidence of your faith. If you have faith then you ate showing works. The fruit of the holy spirit. Then we all bear fruits: joy, perseverance in 1 Corithians 13
Saved to do good works
The root is my faith to Jesus
So, it is finished. Jesus offered himself a sacrifice to save all our sins. There is no more sacrifice to be done. It is finished! This will from yesterday, today and tomorrow.
When our children go astray and comes back. Us, parents we open our arms wide and welcome our kids into our fold. This is the same thing Jesus will do to us.
Thank God for the grace past, present and future. Jesus plus nothing.

My husband's company slogan
Contribution by Saul Martin
Just the other night my family and I were all sitting around the dinner table discussing our day when my eight year old brought up that she was learning about slogans. My first reaction was to wonder why an eight year old is learning about slogans and not things like, I don’t know, how to write in cursive or the presidents.
After further discussing I found out that they were talking about businesses in their town and then started talking about slogans for each business. They learned about how each company takes a very long time to come up with a slogan and then they carefully research it to make sure it will be something catchy that people will like. They also learned that slogans are something that helps people remember their businesses.
My daughter decided she wanted to know all the slogans for every company her father and I have ever worked for. My husband told her his company’s slogan is Just Energy has power. She stared at him blankly and said, “daddy, that’s it?” I guess she was expecting something more flashy.

Sundays at home
This guest post from Werner Rogers
Ever since we got CannonSatellite.com, our Sundays have never been the same. Of course, we still get up and go to church as we always have. And then we go out to eat after church because there is no way I am going to cook on a Sunday. But now we have NFL Sunday Ticket. Well, you might as well cease to exist if you are not interested in Football around here. And, then when you think you might have a relaxing Sunday afternoon, my husband says that he has invited a couple of the guys over to watch football with him. Before I can even change out of my Sunday dress, I have to jump in the car to go get some snacks to feed these characters. It has to be snacks because remember I don’t cook on Sundays. While I am gone, my husband has to vacuum since I won’t let his friends set foot in my house unless it has been vacuumed. When I get back, I change clothes, get a good book to read, and hide out on the patio with a nice cool drink until the game is over and all the guys have gone home. I hope he remembers that he has to vacuum after they all leave.
